To maintain this special atmosphere, we have established a series of internal rules that help preserve the tranquility, safety, and well-being of all our guests.

These rules are designed not only to ensure that each guest has a pleasant and safe experience but also to maintain the essence of Collados Beach as a place where exclusivity and respect for others are fundamental. 1. Access and Admission:

• Access to Collados Beach facilities is free for customers, except in cases of special events or situations.
• Bringing outside food or drinks into the premises is prohibited.
• Collados Beach reserves the right of admission and may deny entry to anyone who does not comply with the established rules or whose behavior is inappropriate.
• Minors under 18 are not allowed to enter unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• The entry of toys or children’s transportation devices such as bicycles, skates, skateboards, balls, or sound devices is prohibited to maintain a quiet and safe environment.

2. Dress Code:

• Main Restaurant: Formal attire is required. Gentlemen are not allowed to enter without a shirt, wearing tank tops, in swimsuits, or without shoes. An elegant dress code appropriate to the restaurant’s setting is expected.
• Pool and Beach Area: Swimwear is allowed, but to enter indoor facilities, footwear and a covered torso are required. Nudism is not allowed.
• In common areas such as the locker room, hall, green spaces, and upper floor, appropriate attire must be maintained, and the use of footwear is mandatory. Bathing suits are not permitted outside designated areas.

3. Behavioral Rules:

• Guests must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior within the establishment, avoiding disturbing other guests.
• No scandals, indecent or violent behavior, or physical or verbal violence toward employees or other guests are allowed.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the premises and future access prohibition.
• Guests must follow all instructions from Collados Beach staff at all times.

4. Use of the Pool:

• The pool will be open from [12:00] to [20:00]. Hours may vary depending on the season and weather conditions.
• Access to the pool is exclusive to customers who have rented hammocks or beds. Guests must wear their access wristbands at all times.
• The use of floaties, air mattresses, or other items not provided or authorized by Collados Beach is not allowed.
• Guests must shower before entering the pool and follow all established safety and behavioral instructions. Any violation of the pool use rules may result in expulsion from the area.

5. Belongings and Responsibility:

• Collados Beach is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left on the premises.

6. Animal Access:

• Animals are not allowed on the premises, except for guide dogs for people with disabilities.
• Guests requiring access with a guide dog must notify the staff in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made, and they are provided with a comfortable place.

7. Hammocks and Umbrellas:

• All hammocks and umbrellas are for rent and are subject to availability. Advance bookings are subject to the reservation and cancellation policies.
• Hammock reservations include pool access under the established conditions. The rental of hammocks does not include the right to reserve or save space in common areas.
• Hammocks and umbrellas must be used according to the rules and conditions of Collados Beach. Moving them from their original location without staff authorization is prohibited.

8. Safety and Emergency Rules:

• In case of emergency, guests must follow the instructions of Collados Beach staff. The staff is trained to respond to emergencies and guide guests to emergency exits.
• Emergency exits and safety areas must be kept clear of obstacles at all times. Blocking hallways, doors, or evacuation routes is prohibited.
• Tampering with or misusing safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, or alarms, is prohibited.

9. Reservations and Cancellations:

• Reservations for hammocks, the restaurant, and other services must be made in advance through the website, by phone, or in person.
• Reservations are subject to confirmation and will be held for a grace period of 15 minutes past the reserved time. After this time, the reservation may be canceled.
• Your reservation will include the cancellation policy that has been established.

10. Payment Policy:

• Payments are accepted in cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic methods. Checks are not accepted.
• Services must be paid for in full at the time or before departure.
• Service and product prices are subject to change without prior notice and will be available for consultation in the menu, at reception, or on the website.

11. Data Protection and Privacy:

• Collados Beach complies with current regulations on personal data protection. Customer data will be treated confidentially and used only for the purposes for which it was provided.
• Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data at any time, in accordance with applicable law.

12. Specific Prohibitions:

• The use of electronic devices at high volume that may disturb other guests is prohibited.
• Smoking outside designated areas is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in expulsion from the premises.
• Unauthorized commercial activities are not allowed.
